The present invention relates to a V2G-V2B system for managing power by connecting V2G and V2B and an operating method thereof. The V2G-V2B system for managing power by connecting V2G and V2B according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a charger management system for managing charging and discharging to meet a charging electric energy demand (i.e., reference electric energy) of an electric vehicle according to the charging and discharging schedule of the electric vehicle; a V2G-V2B management system for managing the charging and discharging of the electric vehicle according to a priority of a preset demand response request; and a V2G information system for generating charging and discharging information managed by the charger management system and the V2G-V2B management system and transmitting the charging and discharging information to a customer terminal. Accordingly, the present invention can stabilize a power system and improve self-building energy management efficiency.
