The present invention relates to fusion protein comprising a single chain variable fragment (scFv) and viral coat protein, and use thereof. Fusion protein with a single chain variable fragment and viral coat protein combined has a nanocluster formed through self assembly characteristic of the viral coat protein, and an antigen binding capacity of the single chain variable fragment is improved by a clustering effect of an antigen recognition site. As a result, when a fusion protein is manufactured by using a single chain variable fragment having various antigen recognition sites, securement for a polyclonal antibody system which is effective for detecting antigen and development of a diagnosis kit, a protein chip or the like using the same is possible. In addition, a treatment product or a diagnosing and detecting product are introduced to the inside or the surface of the nanocluster, and thus, the fusion protein are useful as a drug transporter for treating or diagnosing disease. Fusion protein having enhanced refinement purity and expression ratio, and noticeably improved solubility can be acquired by fusing maltose binding protein (MBP) and a histidine tag to an N-terminal and a C-terminal of the fusion protein respectively. Furthermore, since the fusion protein utilizes a colon bacillus protein expression system, production costs and time can be reduced in comparison with antibody production.
