The present invention relates to a reactor for treating contaminated water, and especially, to a separation membrane bioreactor, in which a separation membrane filtration process is performed through a membrane, and a biological reaction of the contaminated water is simultaneously performed by supplying oxygen. Particularly, the present invention relates to the separation membrane bioreactor, in which an aeration unit for supplying air to a reaction tank can simultaneously perform a cleaning function, the amount of dissolved oxygen in the reaction tank can be measured in real time, and the operation of a filtration process or an air supply and cleaning process in the separation membrane can be controlled.
