The present invention relates to a device with a repetitive ligation function for surgical closure of incompetent cervix. The device includes: a medical thread (110) tying a cervix (10) as a knot member (112) including a through hole (111) is combined with a fixing end (110a) and a free end (110b) surrounds the cervix and then goes through the through hole of the knot member; a fixing clip (120) combined with a side of the medical thread, which has gone through the knot member, to prevent the medical thread tying the cervix from being untied; and a clip applier (130) combining the fixing clip with the medical thread. If the medical thread becomes loose due to the contraction or ripeness of the cervix, to combine the medical thread with the fixing clip again, the clip applier is used to repeatedly combine the medical thread with the fixing clip.
