The present invention relates to an apparatus for continuously measuring oxygen and carbon dioxide in a fish farm without biological contamination caused by a sensor, which comprises: a floating member some part of which is submerged in seawater where marine microbes live, and has a head space inside thereof; a bubble introduction pipe which is submerged in seawater to communicate with the lower part of the floating member; a dehumidifier one side of which communicates with the upper part of the floating member to dehumidify the air provided by the floating member; a first circulation pipe which circulates the air discharged by the dehumidifier to introduce the same into the floating member; a second circulation pipe which circulates the air discharged by the dehumidifier to introduce the same into the floating member; a carbon dioxide partial pressure measurement unit which measures partial pressure of carbon dioxide within the air introduced into the first circulation pipe; and an oxygen partial pressure measurement unit which measures partial pressure of oxygen within the air introduced into the second circulation pipe.
