Method and apparatus for mobile terminal management supporting security policy

Provided are a terminal management method supporting a security policy and an apparatus thereof. For a binary mobile application, a server is equipped with a mobile device management (MDM) function supporting a security policy. The server modifies an original application into a modulation application by adding an MDM interworking code in each class-method of the original application of the binary mobile application. Then, the server generates an MDM policy including at least one MDM function to be applied to the modulation application and transmits the generated MDM policy to a mobile terminal.
