The present invention relates to a transgenic pig expressing human-derived DPP-4 (human dipeptidyl peptidase-4, hDPP-4) genes, and more specifically, to a vector for producing a transgenic pig for a diabetic disease model, a transgenic pig, and a method for producing the same. The transgenic pig according to the present invention can be effectively used for the development of a therapeutic agent for type 2 diabetes and the evaluation of drug efficacy.
