The bus information system with advance boarding notice of physically handicapped people according to the present invention includes a bus information terminal storing bus stop position information and having a physically handicapped person welfare card recognition unit, a physically handicapped person fingerprint recognition unit, and a number portion including the numbers of zero to nine, a traffic management server (430) connected to the bus information terminal via wired and wireless networks, and an in-vehicle terminal connected to the traffic management server via a wireless network. The present invention has the following advantages. 1. Even physically handicapped people not familiar with a smartphone can give prior notice for a bus they will use by using their daily used welfare cards. 2. The prior notice can be conveniently given by means of a fingerprint even when the card is lost or not carried. 3. A bus driver can inform passengers of scheduled boarding of a physically handicapped people at the next bus stop or the second-next bus stop or perform automatic transmission via the in-vehicle terminal.
