The present invention relates to a Won-Hwang pear rooting medium containing LS medium, NAA, IBA, a carbon source, a gelling agent and distilled water, a Won-Hwang pear rooting induction method using the same, and a Won-Hwang pear regeneration method. The present invention can be used not only directly for enhancing tissue culture efficiency but also for production of disease free seedlings using a tissue culture technique and enhancement of transformation efficiency of pears.
