The present invention provides a thermoelectric generation system integrated exhaust heat recovery device, wherein a thermoelectric generation module is integrally mounted on a surface of an exhaust heat recovery device for exhaust gas and cooling water to be heat-exchanged. Moreover, heat energy contained in the exhaust gas discarded through the surface of the exhaust heat recovery device or directly discarded without being heat-exchanged is recovered in the shape of electric energy with the thermoelectric generation module to be used. Therefore, fuel efficiency of a vehicle can be improved.
