The present invention relates to a smart band system for detecting an urgent patient, using a smart band (100) for detecting an urgent patient to wirelessly transmit a signal to a smart device (200). The smart band (100) comprises: a body (110) formed to be mounted on a wrist; a gyro sensor (120) embedded in the body (110) to sense the movement of the body (110); a GPS module (130) embedded in the body (110) to sense the position; a body temperature sensor (140) embedded in the body (110) to sense the body temperature of the user; a heart rate sensor (150) embedded in the body (110) to measure the heart rate of the user; a control part (160) determining the state of the user through signals sensed by the gyro sensor (120), the GPS module, the body temperature sensor (140), and the heart rate sensor (150) and transmitting the state to a wireless communication part (180); a sound part (170) making a sound for reporting an emergency if the control part (160) determines that the state of the user is an emergency; and the wireless communication part (180) wirelessly transmitting the signals received from the control part (160) to the connected smart device (200).
