One embodiment of the present invention relates to a non-powered seawater pumping system for reducing seawater intrusion on the ground formed with an aquifer having a seawater-fresh water boundary surface, comprising: a water pumping pipe having opened both end portions, wherein a first end portion between both end portions is located below the water surface of the sea and a second end portion is located below the seawater-fresh water boundary surface within the ground; and a well arranged to surround a side surface of a ground embedding portion which is an embedded portion on the ground among the water pumping pipe, and configured to separate the ground embedding portion of the pipe from the ground, wherein the inside of the water pumping pipe is filled with seawater, and the well includes a screen having a plurality of penetration holes formed along the circumference of the well in a lower end portion of the well.
