The present invention relates to a portable magnetic acupoint stimulator. The portable magnetic acupoint stimulator comprises: a main body which has a control unit; and a magnetic patch which is attachable to the skin, is controlled by the control unit of the main body while being spaced apart from the main body, and generates a magnetic field by emitting the magnetic field. The magnetic patch comprises: a magnetic output module which generates the magnetic field; a patch case which accommodates the magnetic output module; and a patch vibrator which operates in synchronization with the magnetic output module to simultaneously apply a magnetic stimulus and a vibration stimulus to a human body. According to the portable magnetic acupoint stimulator of the present invention, since a user (patient) can recognize that the magnetic stimulation operation is in progress while receiving the magnetic stimulation operation, the convenience of use and the stability of the operation can be improved.
