The present invention relates to a dead-time control method for a switching circuit and an apparatus for performing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to the dead-time control method for a switching circuit and the apparatus for performing the same, wherein the dead-time control method prevents overlapping of signals at a plurality of gates of an output terminal of a switching circuit. According to the present invention, a dead-time control apparatus for a switching circuit comprises: a dead-time setting unit which receives input signals of a switching circuit and delays an input signal having the fastest rising or falling edge of a signal value among the input signals; an output voltage measuring unit which measures an increase/decrease ratio of an output voltage of the switching circuit with respect to a time; and a delay time calculating unit which calculates a delay time for the input signal on the basis of the measured increase/decrease ratio of an output voltage with respect to a time.
