The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a hydrogel patch having fine perforated holes (B) comprises the steps of: (a) forming a plurality of perforated holes (A) and protrusions on a support layer by using a punching unit provided with a needle array; (b) removing the punching unit; and (c) forming a hydrogel layer by applying a hydrogel composition to the upper surface of the support layer having the protrusions formed thereon. When a hydrogel patch manufactured by the above method is used for skin, an accommodating space is in a vacuum state according to an increase in the temperature of the patch such that the active component and deposited liquid applied to the internal and external surfaces of the hydrogel patch can be absorbed through the perforated holes (B) at high speed, and the absorption speed of the active component contained in the hydrogel patch itself can also be increased. Accordingly, the active component can be supplied to the skin in a large amount, and the volume reduction speed of the hydrogel patch itself can be increased, thereby achieving an improved skin lifting effect.
