The present invention relates to a hyperspectral image acquisition apparatus for acquiring hyperspectral image data of a rock or mineral sample to acquire hyperspectral image data of a rock or mineral sample while minimizing influence due to foreign matters or an environmental factor. The hyperspectral image acquisition apparatus comprises: a housing divided into a photographing box unit at the upper portion and an observation box unit at the lower portion by a diaphragm; a hyperspectral camera unit mounted to photograph the observation box unit in the photographing box unit; a light source unit illuminating inside the observation box unit; and a rock sample mounting unit mounted inside the observation box unit.
