The present invention relates to a hybrid artificial wetland process system using an electrocoagulation process as a pretreatment process. The hybrid artificial wetland process system comprises: a storage tank unit accommodating sewage; an electrocoagulation process unit used for a pretreatment process in conjunction with the storage tank unit; a first accommodating tank unit accommodating first treated water treated after the electrocoagulation process; a groundwater level vertical subsurface flow-type constructed wetland process unit allowing the first treated water to flow thereinto; and a second accommodating tank unit accommodating secondarily treated water treated after a groundwater level vertical subsurface flow-type constructed wetland process. The present invention can reduce the number of techniques used for operating and maintenance, can perform most of the treatments with adsorption and decomposition by filter materials and microorganisms, thereby reducing operating costs, and can prevent sludge from occurring, thereby being eco-friendly.
