The decoders create a plurality of image data by decoding a plurality of image signals. The image controllers create a plurality of pixel data and a plurality of frame information data on the basis of the image data. The memories store the pixel data. The synchronization controller receives the frame information data and creates a synchronization data on the basis of a plurality of frame data. The synchronization memory stores the frame information data and the synchronization data. According to the present invention, accuracy of synchronization of images based on a plurality of cameras can be secured.
