The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for sunblock or cool cream containing a natural plant extract, and more particularly, to a cosmetic composition for manufacturing sunblock or cool cream using a natural plant extract. The present invention has an effect of maximizing skin protection due to the cosmetic composition for sunblock by utilizing an extract of yellow mulberry chrysanthemum which is a natural plant extract. In addition, the present invention also has an antimicrobial effect, a perfume effect and a cooling effect due to the cosmetic composition for cool cream by utilizing the extract of yellow mulberry chrysanthemum which is a natural plant extract, thereby being used conveniently anytime and anywhere.
