The present invention relates to a double seismic hanger system for pipes which is able to secure a seismic function of pipes by efficiently reducing a respond acceleration with respect to a seismic load applied when an earthquake occurs while supporting pipes installed in a floated state. The present invention comprises: an interior ring fitting the pipes to support the pipes; an exterior ring installed to be surround an outer side of the interior ring at a distance; a support member for supporting the exterior ring; and a damper member installed to connect the exterior ring with the interior ring and receiving a support of the exterior ring, and absorbing a transferred seismic load energy when the seismic load energy transferred through the pipe in case of earthquakes is greater than a certain value such that the respond acceleration of the pipe can be reduced.
