A method of correcting the position error of the upper mold with the blade in the punching process

Provided is a method to correct a position error of an upper mold with a blade in a punching process, capable of simply correcting a position of a blade. To achieve this, the method comprises: (b) a punching step of performing a punching process with an upper mold of a punching machine of a previous process; (c) a step of performing punching with a punching machine of a current process with respect to a position punched by the punching machine of the previous process; (d) a step of an error checking step of checking whether or not an error occurs in the position punched by the punching machine of the current process with respect to the position punched by the punching machine of the previous process; (e) a step of confirming a size and direction of the error when the error exists in the step (d); (f) a step of correcting the size and direction of the error confirmed in the step (e) to correct the error while adjusting the position of the upper mold of the current process; and (g) a step of repeatedly performing the steps (b) to (f) until the error does not occur in the position punched in the current process with respect to the position punched in the previous process.
