The present invention relates to a DC/DC converter that operates in a wide input and output range, and more particularly, to a DC/DC converter that outputs a voltage 1 to 8 times the input voltage. One problem to be solved by the proposed invention is to output a voltage of 1 to 8 times the input voltage according to the primary side switching operation mode. In an aspect of the present invention, a DC/DC converter operating in a wide input and output range comprises a first switching unit including a first switching device connected to one end of the input voltage and a second switching device connected to the other end of the input voltage; a second switching unit including a third switching device connected to one end of the input voltage, and a fourth switching device connected to the other end of the input voltage; a third switching unit including a fifth switching device connected to one end of the input voltage and a sixth switching device connected to the other end of the input voltage; an input portion including a first winding stage of a first resonant transformer connected to a node between the first switching device and the second switching device and a second winding stage of a second resonant transformer connected to a node between the third and fourth switching elements; and an output portion including an output resistor for outputting the output voltage, first and third and fifth diodes connected to one end of the output resistor, second and fourth and sixth diodes connected to the other end of the output resistor, a second winding stage of a first resonant transformer coupled to a node between the first and second diodes and a node between the third and fourth diodes, a second winding stage of a second resonant transformer connected to a node between the third and fourth diodes and a node between the fifth and sixth diodes.
