The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting cell senescence comprising quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (Q3G) as an active ingredient. The quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside compound isolated from an Alnus firma extract of the present invention inhibits cell senescence and can be used for preventing skin aging.
