The present invention relates to a many-to-many communication method in a wireless distributed communication system, which can stably perform many-to-many communication with high reliability. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: allocating slot resources for many-to-many communication; allocating one of allocated many-to-many slots using a competitive proxy channel having a different frequency; and transmitting a many-to-many communication packet using the allocated slot resources.
