The present invention relates to a blasting type excavation method which blasts an excavating point for excavating a tunnel, and more specifically relates to a blasting type excavation method without vibration which minimizes vibration generated in blasting an excavating point while performing an efficient blasting process, comprising: a perforation step for displaying a cutting line on the surface of a rock to be excavated by using a charge to indicate a blasting range, and performing a plurality of charge holes at the inside of the cutting line; a hole formation step for forming a cut hole line cut along the cutting line; and a blasting step for charging and blasting the charge by inserting designated charges into the charge holes.
