The present invention relates to a seismic isolator injected with non-shrinkage mortar and a replacing method thereof which can replace a seismic isolator while maintaining integrity of a structure. The seismic isolator injected with non-shrinkage mortar comprises: an upper module connected to an upper structure to be installed; a lower module which is connected to a lower structure to be installed, and has a non-shrinkage mortar layer; and a seismic isolation structure unit which is installed between the upper module and the lower module, and absorbs an external impact. The replacing method of a seismic isolator injected with non-shrinkage mortar comprises: a step of inspecting whether to replace the seismic isolation structure unit; a step of considering a weight of the seismic isolation structure unit to jack the upper structure; a step of removing the non-shrinkage mortar layer of the lower module; a step of replacing the seismic isolation structure unit, an upper inner plate, and a lower inner plate; and a step of re-injecting non-shrinkage mortar to form the non-shrinkage mortar layer.
