The present invention relates to a non-woven fabric with excellent flexibility, which is manufactured by esterification of diol and dicarbonic acid which are hard segment materials and condensation-polymerization of polyol, which is a soft segment material, with the reactant, wherein the diol is composed of 1,4-butanediol (1,4-BD), the dicarbonic acid is composed of dimethyl terephthalate (DMT), the polyol is produced by performing a spun bonding process for a polyester based elastic resin composed of one among poly (tetra methylene ether) glycol (PTMG), polyethylene glycol (PEG) and polypropylene glycol (PPG).
