The present invention provides a virtuous circle self-learning apparatus for knowledge enhancement, capable of improving an overall system performance by exchanging information and knowledge in a virtuous-cycle structure, including: a knowledge processing device for providing pre-processing knowledge data to a data collection/delivery device, providing learning knowledge to a machine learning device, and enhancing knowledge pre-processing result data provided from the data collection/delivery device and learning result data provided from the machine learning device to storing the data in a knowledge base; the data collection/delivery device for collecting external Internet of Things (IoT)/Internet of Everything (IoE) data, performing a knowledge pre-processing process of the IoT/IoE data collected by using the pre-processing knowledge data provided from the knowledge processing device, and providing the knowledge pre-processing result data to the machine learning device and the knowledge processing device; and the machine learning device for receiving the knowledge pre-processing result data provided from the data collection/delivery device and the learning knowledge provided from the knowledge processing device to perform knowledge-based learning, and providing the learning result data to the data collection/delivery device and the knowledge processing device.
