One embodiment of the present invention relates to a functional master batch composition for photo-degradable plastic, comprising: 10-60 wt% of a high specific gravity material having a specific gravity of 3-20, 20-75 wt% of an amorphous polypropylene resin, and 1-20 wt% of photo-degradable coating agent. Accordingly, the present invention provides a functional master batch composition for photo-degradable plastics which can enhance mixing and dispersing properties of photo-degradable components, realize excellent specific gravity control properties and processability, and contribute to maintenance of mechanical properties, a master batch manufactured therefrom and a manufacturing method of the master batch.
