The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing fluorine-18 compounds. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus equipped with a U-shaped reaction vessel which enables water to be easily evaporated from the reaction vessel by using nitrogen at a high temperature and discharging the nitrogen widely, and according to the present invention, when a fluorine-18-containing compound is synthesized, a target compound can be obtained at a very high yield and a synthesis apparatus can be produced with a simple structure which is not complicated, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the production cost can be lowered by lowering the production failure rate.
