Disclosed is a single-frequency real-time kinematic (RTK) positioning technique of a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) for measuring real-time ground deformation. A single-frequency RTK positioning device of a GNSS for measuring real-time ground deformation includes: an interface unit for receiving single-frequency carrier phase data; and a processor for determining coordinates of a position at which an antenna of a receiver is installed based on the single-frequency carrier phase data. According to an embodiment of the present invention, ground deformation due to earthquakes and volcanic eruptions is measured by using a GNSS system and a GNSS receiver using single-frequency carrier phase data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
