According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for producing poly-L-lactic acid powder, comprising the following steps: a first step for inserting poly-L-lactic acid and an organic solvent in a container, mixing the same, adding fluid into the container, and heating the same to form a supercritical fluid mixture; and a second step for expanding and heating the mixture so as to produce poly-L-lactic acid powder. According to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to produce poly-L-lactic acid powder having uniform particle size.
