A pH-sensitive fusion peptide according to the present invention has a structural change in accordance with pH change due to a positively charged cell permeable peptide comprising 2 to 15 arginine residues and a beta-sheet forming fragment. Due to the structural change, anti-prion activity and cytotoxic ability of the fusion peptide can be controlled to be sued at a proper site.
