An ultrafast optical switching device using a black phosphor comprises: a first channel for generating a first laser which is a continuous wave of a first wavelength; a second channel for generating a second laser which is a continuous wave of a second wavelength different from the first wavelength; a modulator for modulating the second laser, generated in the second channel, into a pump signal; a first wavelength tunable filter and a second wavelength tunable filter for changing the wavelength of the first laser and the wavelength of the second laser; a directional coupler for coupling the first laser and the second laser; and an optical element for controlling the first laser and the second laser coupled from the directional coupler using the non-linearity and dissipation field operation of the black phosphor. Accordingly, the volume and size of the device to be applied can be reduced, and a data processing speed can be increased.
