MODULE FOR RECOGNIZING BIOMETRIC INFORMATION OF FINGER AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE USING THE SAME AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MODULE FOR RECOGNIZING BIOMETRIC INFORMATION OF FINGER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TRANSDUCER
The present invention relates to a module for recognizing biometric information of a finger, which allows the characteristics of a transducer to be changed to increase the recognition rate of ultrasound and improve precision for recognition of biometric information of a finger when using ultrasound to recognize the biometric information of a finger; an electronic device using the same; and a manufacturing method of a transducer for the same. The module for recognizing biometric information of a finger comprises a transducer to output ultrasound towards a finger and receive ultrasound reflected from the finger to return; a sound wave control member laminated on the transducer and allowing the transducer to output the ultrasound and the ultrasound transmitted to and received from the transducer to be transferred without loss; and a signal processing unit electrically connected to sense biometric information of the finger in accordance with the received ultrasound.
