The present invention relates to an IoT system for detecting an abnormal behavior using a neural network theory. According to the present invention, by integrally considering not only a basic system resource of an IoT device but also surrounding environment information, a status of an abnormal behavior is accurately detected and the detected status is notified to an administrator terminal, so immediate follow-up is possible when the abnormal behavior occurs.
