The present invention relates to an electronic expansion valve usable for a check valve having a selectable port, and a cooling/heating system. The electronic expansion valve usable for a check valve includes: a body housing having a first port which is formed on a circumference thereof and through which fluid is introduced and discharged, a second port which is formed on a lower circumference thereof and through which the fluid is introduced and discharged, and a lower end coupling hole formed at a lower end thereof; an operation assembly installed in an upper space in the body housing and including an elevation rod that is elevated; an orifice assembly including an orifice housing installed in a lower space in the body housing through the lower end coupling hole and having at least one housing through-hole that forms a passage with the second port at a circumference thereof, an orifice hole formed at an upper end thereof, and a third port formed in the interior of the lower side thereof, wherein the orifice assembly performs a function of an expansion valve by blocking the orifice hole when the elevation rod is lifted, opens the orifice hole when the elevation rod is lowered, and forming a passage between the second or third port and the first port through the opened orifice hole; a check valve conversion unit installed in an annular spaced space between an upper circumference of the orifice assembly and an inside of the body housing and performing the function of the check valve by interrupting flow of the fluid, which is introduced through the first port when the elevation rod is lowered, through the annular spaced space, and allowing flow of the fluid, which is introduced through the second port or introduced through the housing through-hole through the third port when the elevation rod is lifted; and a port blocking unit installed in one of the second and third ports, which is selected, and interrupting flow of the fluid through the installed port. According to the present invention, a function of an electronic expansion valve and a function of a check valve may be performed according to an introduction direction of fluid and a port may be selected according to an installation location.
