The present invention relates to a steel structure of a dome structure and, more specifically, to a steel structure of a dome structure, which comprises a steel roof structure (10) and a wall structure (20) disposed on the lower part of the steel roof structure (10) in order to increase structural stability and durability while minimizing a usage of a steel frame, functioning as a skeleton, when constructing the dome structure. According to the present invention, the steel roof structure (10) comprises: a plurality of main roof frames (11) having an arched shape and allowing the central part thereof to cross with each other at the top position to be connected in a radial shape; and a plurality of roof support frames (12) having an I-shape with a predetermined length, allowing both side end parts to interconnect each other at a middle position between the top and both bottom ends of the main roof frame, and allowing the middle part of each frame to cross each other to be connected in a radial shape. The wall structure (20) comprises a circular upper frame (21) having a ring-shaped circular frame, and coming in contact with and being connected to the lower part of the main roof frame (11).
