The present invention relates to an advertisement providing system and an advertisement providing method. The advertisement providing system is a system for providing a customized advertisement to a social network service (SNS) connected via a communication network. The system for providing the customized advertisement using the SNS includes: an advertisement information storage unit storing one or more advertisements and a keyword about each of the advertisements; a search unit searching a notice including at least one among the keywords in the notice content among the notices registered in the SNS server; a member information storage unit storing an address of the searched notice and member information of an SNS account on which the searched notice is posted; an advertisement selection unit selecting the advertisement having the keyword which matches the keyword included in the searched notice among the advertisements stored in the advertisement information storage unit; and an advertisement output unit outputting one among the advertisements selected by the advertisement selection unit on the searched notice. According to the present invention, the system for providing the customized advertisement using SNS and the advertisement providing method enable a visitor visiting the SNS account on which the notice is posted to see the advertisement, by searching the notice content posted on the SNS and outputting the advertisement to which the keyword is allocated, on the notice including the keyword which an advertiser or an administrator sets.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
