The present invention relates to a method for producing nanoparticles from rice-derived callus producing resveratrol, a resveratrol biosynthesizing callus nanoparticle prepared by the method, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating skin pigmentation comprising the resveratrol biosynthesizing callus nanoparticle, a food composition for preventing or ameliorating skin pigmentation, a quasi-product composition for preventing or ameliorating skin pigmentation, and a cosmetic composition for skin whitening.
