It is an object of the present invention to provide a coated paper excellent in paper sorting property, a coated substrate excellent in dryness of ink, and a method for accurately evaluating ink dryness. The first problem is solved by a printing paper for printing having a dynamic friction coefficient larger than a static friction coefficient in static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient measured in accordance with JIS-P8142 of less than 30% and according to ISO 15359 . The second problem is solved by a coated substrate having a sheet base and a pigment coating layer provided thereon and having a pore volume (V) of 0.04 cm 3 / g or more by the nitrogen adsorption method of the pigment coating layer. The third problem is solved by a method including a step of measuring the pore volume (V) or the average pore diameter (m) of the pigment coating layer by a nitrogen adsorption method.
