The present invention relates to a non-point pollution and rainwater leakage water discharge reduction side gutter which comprises: a penetration storage unit installed on a lower part of a road of a road side and having a lower surface and an upper and lower current surface which are opened; a waterway unit coupled to an outer side of the penetration storage unit, installed on a lower part of a sidewalk, and having an upper surface and a lower surface which are opened; a blocking plate provided on the waterway unit; and an inspection unit provided on a downstream side of the penetration storage unit. According to the present invention, environmental pollution and flooding can be prevented.
