An embodiment of the present invention is an electronic newspaper sending and reading method for sending an electronic newspaper, produced by a newspaper company server, and reading the electronic newspaper from a subscriber terminal. The method may include: a subscriber information registration process of allowing the newspaper company server to register subscriber information including the e-mail address of a subscriber; a newspaper PDF file generating process of allowing the newspaper company server to generate a newspaper PDF file which is an electronic newspaper in the form of a PDF file; an e-mail transmission process of allowing the newspaper company server to transmit the newspaper PDF file to the registered e-mail of the subscriber; and a newspaper PDF file displaying process of allowing a subscriber terminal which has logged into the subscriber email to display the newspaper PDF file so that the subscriber can read the newspaper PDF file.
