The present invention provides a brushless dc (BLDC) motor driving control method of an electrical water pump which obtains flux/angle/speed/torque values through converted voltage/current/motor coil resistance and inductance input values by using all three phases generated during an operation of a BLDC motor instead of deleting a hall sensor. The BLDC motor driving control method comprises: a step 1 of estimating an initial position of a rotor by using a magnitude of current detected in a three-phase coil in which a stator is wound; a step 2 of converting and outputting the current magnitude reflecting a rotation angle of the rotor relative to the initial position into two direct current types by using the three-phase current; a step 3 of calling the three-phase current, voltage generated according to a flow of the three-phase current, preset coil resistance and inductance input values, and obtaining the rotation angle, a speed, a flux and a torque of the rotor; and a step 4 of controlling a speed of the motor by using the obtained rotation angle, the speed, a flux and the torque of the rotor.
