The present invention relates to a flat plate type vacuum solar heat collector, and more specifically, to a flat plate type vacuum solar heat collector capable of enhancing efficiency in solar heat collection and storage through an increase of the scale caused by structure improvement of the collector and enduring pressure and stress due to a vacuum state in the collector. According to the present invention, the flat plate type vacuum solar heat collector comprises: a case made of glass or metal; a glass window connected and mounted on an upper portion of the case and having a sealed inner space disposed inside the collector; a heat collecting unit disposed in the inner space of the case for collecting solar heat; a side spacer, which connects an edge of the case and an edge of the glass window with each other and performing a buffering action corresponding to vacuum pressure inside the collector and stress caused by the pressure; an inner spacer for supporting the case and the glass window in the inner space of the case to be spaced apart from each other; and a vacuum pipe mounted at one side of the case to exhaust the inside of the collector into a vacuum state.
