The present invention provides a continuous fiber-reinforced sheet, a continuous fiber-reinforced sheet manufacturing method, a plate material manufactured by using the continuous fiber-reinforced sheet, and a method for manufacturing the plate material by using the continuous fiber-reinforced sheet. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing the continuous fiber-reinforced sheet by using the continuous fiber-reinforced sheet includes: a reinforcing fiber pre-impregnated (prepreg) material manufacturing step of impregnating a matrix resin with a bundle of unidirectional reinforcing fibers including multiple filaments to manufacture a reinforcing fiber prepreg material; a fixing unit forming step of forming a fixing unit arranged on the edges of the reinforcing fiber prepreg material to maintain the original shape of the reinforcing fiber prepreg material; and a groove forming step of forming grooves which are arranged on the surface of the reinforcing fiber prepreg material and are arranged at a set angle with respect to the fiber arrangement direction of the reinforcing fiber prepreg material. The present invention can gain excellent formability and adjust the length of long fiber, thereby enhancing mechanical properties.
