Embodiments include computing devices, systems and methods for task signaling on a computing device. Execution of a task by an initial thread on a critical execution path may be aborted to generate at least one parallel task by an initial thread that may be executed in parallel with a task executed by the initial thread. An initial signal indicating the creation of at least one parallel task may be sent to the relay thread by the initial thread. Execution of a task by an initial thread may be resumed prior to acquisition of at least one parallel task.;
