Provided is an RSA encoding method capable of being safe from a horizontal correlation power analysis attack. The RSA encoding method processes by using message M, secret key d composed of l number of zeroth to (l-1)^th bits, and public modular N. The RSA encoding method comprises a step (a1) of expanding the public modular N into N′; a step (a2) of initializing values of a first register S[0] and a second register S[1]; a step (a3) of renewing the values of the first register S[0] and the second register S[1] by using zeroth to (l-1)^th bits of the secret key d; and a step (a4) of carrying out an identity test.
