An embodiment of the present invention relates to a determining method of a card installment commission and a determining system therefor. A card installment commission rate is selected in comparison with a conventional technique in which an interest rate for card installment is burdened to a payer who wants to purchase or receive a product or a service, so that a payee and the payer share the interest rate to share both benefits of the payee and the payer.
