The present invention relates to a navigation device for visually impaired people, comprising: a main body unit which comprises a GPS receiver receiving information on a current location, a geomagnetic sensor sensing a current direction, a destination input unit receiving information on a destination, and a control unit using the current location confirmed by the GPS receiver, the current direction confirmed by the geomagnetic sensor, and the information on a destination input by the destination input unit to calculate a traveling direction for a via point for moving from the current location to the destination, and a remaining traveling distance to the via point, and outputs control signals depending on the calculation resu a rotation unit which is coupled to the main body unit to be able to rotate in order to present the traveling direction; and a braille unit which displays the remaining traveling distance by braille.
